Code of Conduct for Arena of Life Community Members

Please note that all participating members of the Arena of Life Membership-based Community/Online forum are subject to the following codes of conduct:

No minors are allowed in private community chat forums.  To participate in our private community member chat forums individuals must be 18 years or older and not minors. It is required for all users to provide their birthdate to join and minors are not permitted. If you suspect that someone you are chatting with is a minor, you are to immediately cease all communication. Minors are allowed to comment or post on non-private public platforms such as Instagram or Facebook.

Respect other’s privacy. Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and other local, state and national laws relating to privacy, users have the right to control their personal information. Please respect each other’s privacy by not sharing any personal information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or home addresses without their written consent.

Maintain the privacy of the network.  The Arena of Life community is a private membership site for creators to share their journey and connect. External sharing of ANY content generated or expressed within the site by Arena of Life, or any participating member, in any form, is strictly prohibited. External sharing of any internal workings of Arena of Life is also strictly prohibited. 

No sharing of personal information.  Arena of Life community chat forums are not meant for personal sharing of information such as, but not limited to: contact information, personal address, etc. Forum chats are viewable to all members so be mindful that all members can see posts in the chat. 

No illegal activities chat. Do not post or encourage any illegal activities, such as sharing copyrighted materials, distributing malware, or engaging in phishing activities.

No sharing of copyrighted material.  Honor intellectual property by only posting content that you have personally created or have permission to use and have properly attributed to the content creator.

Follow the law. Please ensure that your behavior and posts are in compliance with local, state, and national laws, including the GDPR and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA.)

No hate speech or discrimination. Online communities must be safe and welcoming to everyone and this is something we pride ourselves on at Arena of Life. Please do not use hate speech or discriminate against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other personal characteristics.

Open heart and mind. Arena of Life is a tool that helps us expand more into who we want to be both individually and collectively. Each of us has something to contribute to the grander vision and things to learn as we explore new frontiers. Therefore, an open heart and an open mind are essential to creating the conditions for all members to enjoy the platform and experience. Divisiveness, disrespect, denigration and/or defamation will not be tolerated.

No solicitation, spamming or promotion of products & services, direct or implied.  Please be mindful that Arena of Life is a place of community connection and sharing, not selling, teaching, coaching, marketing, advertising, promoting, or posting of unsolicited messages or irrelevant content.

Share applicable content. Arena of Life is a space for sharing your engagement and experience of Arena of Life with others. It is a place to explore being a creator and see how others think and create as well. This is NOT a place for proving or belittling or discounting others regardless of their personal affiliations or interests, or their approach to creating and evolution. 

Be respectful. Treat all members of the community with respect, even if you do not agree with their opinions, views, lifestyle choices etc. Do not use offensive language, harass, or bully any other member of the community.

Create in Harmony.  We are a diverse and global community of individuals who are on a personal path of creatorship and evolution. Our focus is to provide a space where individuals connect, share their vision and create greater levels of harmony. When engaging in the community be mindful of our shared interests, unique styles and ultimately our common passion to create a better world together. 

Moderators. The community forum moderators reserve the right to remove any posts or users who violate these rules or exhibit other inappropriate behavior.

Report inappropriate content. If you encounter content that violates these rules, please report it to the moderators immediately by sending an email to support@arenaoflife.com.
