Author Lynne McTaggart uses cutting-edge research conducted at Princeton, MIT, Stanford, and other universities and laboratories to reveal that intent is capable of profoundly affecting all aspects of our lives. Article
The first step in accessing this power (of intention) is to understand that it is available to us all. No one is excluded... Don't fear your mental power or your eternal connection to Source. Welcome it! Tiller Foundation
Intent continues to be imperative for business success today. Vineet Nayar
The power of intention of our minds is a factor which could completely turn around the world if as a community, we can come together and learn to focus. Marjory Wildcraft
By placing deliberate focus on our intentions, we activate a level of awareness and potential where previously inconceivable things become suddenly known and available... and that intention is not just something you do, it's a force that exists in the universe as an invisible field of energy. Dr. Wayne Dyer
In the book, William A. Tiller, a professor emeritus at Stanford University, argues: “For the last 400 years, an unstated assumption of science is that human intention cannot affect what we call physical reality. Our experimental research of the past decade shows that, for today’s world and under the right conditions, this assumption is no longer correct.” Article
French Researcher Rene Peoc’h creates an incredible experiment whereby baby chics effect a robot with their intent.

This indeed is the purpose of contemplation - to find connections, to build bridges and to come to realise that everything in life is connected to everything else. Richard Rudd, The Art of Contemplation
Can you imagine the difference between a person who lives with a strong inner vision and a person who does not? Without a sense of vision, one simply drifts with no rudder on the currents of life, reacting and spinning from one event to the next. There can be little coherence in such a life, nor any real sense of purpose. Now imagine a person living with a strong inner vision. They may not know precisely where they are going, but there is a force, a commitment and a will running through the heart of their life. Their purpose wells up from a great pool of calm, manifesting in their life as sense of virtue and noble activity. Richard Rudd, The Art of Contemplation
While you don’t really have to “do” anything, it helps immensely to focus on your desired changes and expand your world, perhaps starting by changing old habits and thought patterns. The key point is…begin mentally moving in your desired direction. Tiller Foundation
Our personal consciousness is creating our life experience and shaping the reality in front of us... generating and broadcasting those pictures is the primary element responsible for the character of our lives. Dr. Bruce Lipton
Once you correlate the changes of what you're doing inside of you with the effect you see outside of you, you'll start believe that you're the creator of your life and less a victim of your life. Dr. Joe Dispenza
If you're going to create a new future, it requires a clear intention and an elevated emotion. Dr. Joe Dispenza
When you marry your thought and emotion into one single potent force that is when you have the power to speak (and communicate with the field). Gregg Braden
Intention is the quality of consciousness that you bring to a deed or to words. It's an energy. It's your reason for speaking. It's' your motivation that creates consequences. You create your reality with your intentions. Gary Zukov
Contemplation engages the power of the mind, emotion and body. It fuses and uses their energy to bring about an increased state of self-awareness, freedom and general prosperity. Thus, the real power of contemplation is that it naturally turns into decisive action, and that action brings about fundamental changes in our life.Richard Rudd, The Art of Contemplation
The way we pay attention in daily life can play a critical role in our health and well-being. According to Dr. Les Fehmi, a clinical psychologist and researcher, many of us have become stuck in "narrow-focus attention": a tense, constricted, survival mode of attention that holds us in a state of chronic stress—and which lies at the root of common ailments including anxiety, depression, ADD, stress-related migraines, and more. To improve these conditions, Dr. Fehmi explains that we must learn to return to a relaxed, diffuse, and creative form of attention, which he calls "Open Focus." From Open-Focus Brain: Harnessing the Power of Attention to Heal Mind and Body
If we are contemplating a challenge, then we focus on the resolution of the challenge. We hold that goal for as long as we can and when our awareness drifts away, we simply keep bring it gently back again. The Art of Contemplation
If you want to find the secrets to the Universe think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. Nikola Tesla
It is in our hands to play with frequency. Richard Rudd
The field is the sole governing agency of the particle. Albert Einstein
Prosperity is a living, vibrating field that unifies all areas of your life into a healthy, harmonic whole.Richard Rudd, The Art of Contemplation
We exist in a field of energy, and we have the language to use that field. Gregg Braden
One of the great advantages of having a free mind is that your thinking expands exponentially to encompass a huge diversity of fields. Genius is the ability to understand, both logically and intuitively, the central truth that unites all fields of knowledge and endeavour. Only a truly open mind has the ability to ,synthesize all this data. Richard Rudd The Art of Contemplation
We make use of mindfulness by inwardly watching our mind, our emotions and body, but with contemplation we are also doing something active. Contemplation engages the power of the mind, emotion and body. It fuses and uses their energy to bring about an increased state of self-awareness, freedom and general prosperity. Thus, the real power of contemplation is that it naturally turns into decisive action, and that action brings about fundamental changes in our life. Richard Rudd, The Art of Contemplation

A specific intention is, first and foremost, an act of creation by a human, whether it be to just crawl or walk across the floor, to make a painting, to throw a football, to craft a poem, to solve a mathematical equation, etc. These are all acts of intention. It is the product of a focused mind that may also involve flavors of a directed will, a nourishing heart, a loving emotion, an encouraging spirit, etc. The quality of an intention relates to the many aspects of the human’s consciousness while the power of the intention is strongly dependent on the emotional desire of the intender. A useful metaphor for a human is to think of he or she as a broadcasting station that creates programs (like a radio or TV station). To maximize the human’s communication ability, one needs to (a) greatly broaden their bandwidth of expression (give more things meaning and learn to understand these things), (b) greatly increase their signal power (to broadcast to a greater area) and (c) greatly decrease our noise power (fears, uncertainties, incoherence of expression, personal ego flaws, etc). Manifesting an intention is a very important process in the development of humans to a mastery level of performance. Discovering the Power of Human Intent by Dr. William Tiller
