Try these solutions: Confirm you have entered the correct OTP that was sent to your email address to change your password. OTP codes become invalid if not used within a designated amount of time. Wait at least 15 minutes and then try again and resend a new OTP code. If you have entered your OTP correctly, confirm that you enter a password that meets the criteria for a password update. Still not working? If you continue to have issues, email support@arenaolife.com.
Confirm you are using the correct email address to login. If you are using the correct email and are still unable to login, go through the forgot password procedure. Then attempt to login again.
If you are unsure of what email address you used to create your account, and cannot login, you can check your various email address accounts and search for Arena of Life. If you find account set up emails or other communications in your history you'll know that email is the correct one.
If you still cannot confirm your account email address to login, you can attempt to reset your password using the addresses that you may have used to create the account. If you do have an account with an email address, you will get a message to reset your password and you'll know thats the email you used. You can then attempt to login and/or reset your password and login.

2. Confirm you've entered your access code correctly
3. Confirm your email address matches the one provided to your coach/employer
4. Contact your coach/employer and have them generate a new code

2. Check your app store to see if the App needs to be updated
3. Login to the app and go to your profile, check to see if your Subscription type is accurate.
4. If your Subscription type does not reflect your Premium status, check your device store to make sure your purchase was completed.
4. If you are still not able to access premium content after following these steps, please email support@arenaoflife.com with your information and include a copy of your receipt as an attachment.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google Play, go to your device settings to change or cancel your subscription. On Apple subscriptions are found in the Media and Purchases section. The fastest way to get to them is by typing 'subscriptions' into your settings search bar. For Google Play visit this link for instructions.
For web-based memberships of any kind, enter your account, go to your profile and make changes to your account subscription.
Please note: cancelling a subscription or membership does not automatically generate a refund. For more information, view our General Terms.
If you want to delete your account and the contents related to your account use please email support@arenaoflife.com and review our General Terms for the regulations we follow when deleting accounts.
Monthly Arena of Life App Subscription - via Apple Store or Google Play - are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel your subscription it will no longer renew. Full use of the application will remain until your month has expired.
Annual Arena of Life App Subscription - via Apple Store or Google Play - are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel your subscription it will no longer renew. Full use of the application will remain until your year has expired.

Monthly Creator Memberships are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel your membership no future charges will be incurred. Full use of your membership will remain until your current month expires. To cancel your membership please contact support@arenaoflife.com.
Annual Creator Memberships - members will be entitled to a refund where they have purchased a Creator Membership if they notify Arena of Life within 7 days of purchasing such membership subscription that they wish to cancel. Arena of Life shall charge the Professional a pro-rata fee for use of the ArenaPro site for the days within which you had access to the ArenaPro site and refund you the remaining fee within 5 days. To cancel your membership please contact support@arenaoflife.com. Membership areas and content will be inaccessible as of the date of cancelation.
