Dana and Sjeanne are passionate designers, teachers and business owners who have created Arena of Life for humanity. They have pooled their resources, experience, and wisdom to create a system for individuals and teams to step into their power and create and transform any Arena they choose.
Sjeanne and Dana are life-long learners and are passionate about creating extraordinary experiences. They have been working with the creative methodology embedded in the Arena of Life technology to create and design their life for nearly two decades. Using the system, they have created extraordinary change and transformation in their lives, including coming together across continents in 2020 when the world was locked down.
Sjeanne is a native of Johannesburg, South Africa and was one of the countries top squash players for 3 decades, winning multiple national championships. While getting her BA in Business from Rhodes University (SA), she competed on the world squash circuit. Sjeanne was a young and avid entrepreneur, opening her first business doing personal training and coaching right after University. She quickly moved into consulting and corporate coaching before joining Rand Merchant Bank, within First Rand Group, as a Change Manager and Leader in 2013. In her business and in life, Sjeanne has always been a deep, wise and forward thinker, tuning into systems and modalities that support change and transformation for individuals and teams. With her tremendous experience, Sjeanne has gone beyond the norm to develop unique tools and craft an approach to life found throughout Arena of Life. A fun bit about Sjeanne is that she has run 4 Commrades (the famous 96KM race that takes place annually in South Africa and takes most runners 9+ hours to complete) and has truly gone the distance in mind, body, emotion and spirit to the extraordinary zone only a few get to experience.
Dana is from Mission Viejo, California and like Sjeanne played sports from a young age. Dana was a 5x track and field and cross country national champion and then a 2x 1st Team All-American volleyball player for the University of Arizona, where she graduated with a BA in Fine Arts. Dana went from a playing career into marketing and sales, but quickly switched to coaching and working with individuals and teams to peak perform. Dana excelled in the industry and quickly became a club Director and then a Youth Sports Club Owner. While Sjeanne and Dana conceptualized Arena of Life and the Arena of Life App, Dana played the role of product owner. Dana directed the development of the app for each sprint and supported the developers to build out the project which launched late 2023. While building out the app, Dana got involved in the corporate space and began applying her strategic acumen to support businesses in their growth. Dana coached and consulted to business leaders and teams to define and accelerate the change process. A fun bit about Dana is that she has lived on three continents - America, Europe and Africa, and her experiences of other cultures has shaped her as a person.
Sjeanen and Dana currently live in the United States and work with clients globally in their consulting business Center of Liberation.
