If you have a one-team or multi-team Sports Organization or Club, ArenaPro will help you establish and distribute your vision to every member. We combine a web-based application and mobile app to allow you to focus your entire organization on the most essential components of development and success. With ArenaPro every member can see and interact with the specific metrics you set as a club for success. Metrics in each Arena are fully customizable and can range from the physical game and skills to the mental, emotional and soft skills that are so important in todays game.
Many sports organizations have multiple teams (and locations) and a wide range of talent. For this reason, our system is set up to support diverse clubs structures and volumes. With ArenaPro you can customize as many templates as you want in order to provide the appropriate intentions and training focus for each level.
With Arena of Life you can incorporate your clubs values and definitions and create a dialogue with members via the reflection and self-assessment process. As members understand the requirements more, and develop their skills and reflect on progress, coaches will have a unique view into how each member is doing individually as well as in relation to the rest of the team. This 'visibility' is what creates more and more meaningful interaction and dialogue between Directors and Coaches and Coach and Player.

Create a Template for each of your teams. Within teams, you can create templates for different positions or roles, different age groups or skill levels. You can design the system to support you in different phases of the season or during the off season. Use templates to determine your areas of focus across any skill or things like culture or work ethic. The possibilities are endless!

Add 1 or more teams by name before adding members to each team. In the same way that organizations name teams by age, color, level or coach, repeat that framework here so each team is differentiated and grouped appropriately. This also makes it easier for the Director to quickly find teams and review.

Adding members is easy. All that is required for 18+ members is their name and email. For 17 and under a parental guardian name and email is required to first their acquire consent.
Once added, members are invited to download the Arena of Life App on their phone and connect to you as the ArenaPro professional.

For each team and member you will be able to see reflection details in a variety of widgets. Navigate through widgets to gain immediate insight into the development and perspective of your members and teams. Look at whole teams or deep dive into individual members or specific arenas, intentions or initiatives.
We have a resource center specifically for ArenaPro professionals to help you build your system mindfully, efficiently and effectively. We also offer onboarding services when requested, please contact us if you're interested.

Members will be welcomed the the app through an onboarding process. Once they have successfully connected their Arenas, they will then be able to see all the information populated in their ArenaPro template. The specific Arenas, intentions and initiatives you've assigned to them will be visible and available for them to reflect on.
Members will have access to all the app features including viewing their scores, progress, and trends. As well as have the ability to compare their scores with their progress across different levels. The app provides quick search menus for members to find specific intentions or initiatives and easily complete reflections on sets of criteria. The Arena of Life Resource Center will support your members with detailed information about each feature of the app, how to navigate the screens and gain insight.
