Once you have consciously created initiatives, reflecting on your progress follows naturally. Reflecting regularly is a super-skill that increases self-awareness and clarifies intent.
To reflect is to review inwardly. When we look in the mirror for example, we see a reflection of ourselves and we observe whats there. We may see our nose or we may see that we feel happy. Reflections have many dimension to them and it is the one who is reflecting that determines the point of focus.
In Arena of Life, reflecting is done all the time. Anytime you look at an Arena or a score or anything, you are observing something you've created and noticing what it means to you. There are also official 'reflections' that are done on each initiative that you created in order to track your progress over time. Reflecting can be quick or lengthy depending on how much thought and effort you put into your responses.
Reflections are a personal contemplation and will take on more meaning as you evolve with each Arena and its attributes. There are various ways to review your reflections through the application so take advantage of the information and use it to inform your ongoing habits and decisions.
Reflections can be done at any time or you can create an internal schedule for yourself. Here are some ways to think about making regular reflections.

Regardless of when you reflect, reflections will be extremely valuable in creating the outcomes you want. If you're the kind of person that would benefit from a more scheduled style of reflecting, go that route. There are a lot of benefits to seeing consistent reflections over a certain period of time. Reflections that are more based on a situation occurring can be ver helpful in capturing the exact detail of the moment but without consistency they don't always lead to visible trends. For this reason, we recommend a combination of both and encourage you to find your own best practice.
Go to an Intention that you want to reflect on and tap any initiative to "Reflect Now'. Repeat!
Roll the dice from various screens to
be given a ‘random’ reflection.
You can repeat this infinitely!
On the Reflect page you can use the menu to select specific reflections and do in groups.
At the top of the Reflect screen is a summary of your Initiative attributes. Keep these in mind as you go through the reflection process.
How we feel about our progress is sometimes more important than how we think about it. Feelings directly impact our thoughts and efforts so becoming aware of this part of the journey creates tremendous awareness. Add a description to enhance your reflections and point out key milestones or challenges that have value for you.
