The ArenaPro Subscription is available for purchase independently or with licenses. If you want to purchase ArenaPro independently, you can purchase licenses anytime thereafter from your account profile.
Once you purchase an ArenaPro subscription, you can manage your account via your ArenaPro profile. For purchasing or subscriptions, your Stripe customer portal.
Additional licenses can be purchased at volume pricing at any time (or when you initially purchase ArenaPro). If your volume far exceeds our options provided, please contact us about your requirements. To view all the terms regarding member licenses click here.
Manage your members via the groups page, members area. On this page you will be able to make any necessary changes to your member details and view which templates or group they are connected to. You will also be able to see their status as either invited, active, or terminated. Use the dashboard to view your members connected templates and details.
It is not possible to pause membership licenses in such a way that their subscription length will be extended. Once a member license code is activated it is good for that member for 1 year (unless you terminate them before in which case it would end early). In the case that you want to pause a member connection or remove their template or switch a member to another group follow these steps:
To terminate a member go the the Groups page or members page. Find the member and select to terminate their account (using the trashcan) and deactivate the connection with their device. You will get a confirmation message to confirm that you do want to terminate the member. If you terminate a member their data will immediately be removed and inaccessible to you indefinitely. When a member is terminated, the member will be notified automatically (note that we recommend you notify them as well in advance since the connection allows for contributions from both you and the member). The member will be notified that they have continued access to the connected content within their app for a 14 day grace period.
At the end of 14 days, or if they change their account type, whichever comes first, the connected templates and all associated contents will be removed from their app. When a professional terminates a membership the license is non-transferable regardless of the purchase date or how many days that license was used prior to termination. Member licenses are only available for purchase in connection with an ArenaPro account and are non-transferable to individuals as they cannot exist outside of an ArenaPro subscription. Try these solutions:
1. Login to Stripe and review your purchase of licenses
2. If you purchase was completed, log out and log back in to the ArenaPro site
3. Go to your profile page to see if the licenses are now available
4. If they are not available, wait 15 min in case of processing delays.
5. If after 15 min they are not available, contact support@arenaoflife.com
Try these solutions:
1. Confirm that the email address they are using is the same one you have in ArenaPro. The same email address is required to make the connection to your dashboard.
2. Resend the code associated with the ArenaPro Member to eliminate the possibility of them using an incorrect code.
3. Have them delete the app from their phone, then re-download it and enter the code again
4. If the member is a minor, check to see if the parental guardian has given consent. If not, the minor cannot receive the code until this step is completed and they may be entering someone else's.
5. Generate a new code for the member (to expedite them getting a new one) and
6. Then contact support regarding the code that is not working for a replacement
Try these solutions:
1. Exit the application and reboot the app. The system will reboot and pull in the new code and its connected Arenas
2. Go through the same process outlined above in case they are using a faulty code or email
For this situation, the most important thing is for the member to keep their data and not take actions that could delete the data they've added to the app up to this point.
In general it's important to confirm the connection between the Pro and the Member before they begin adding and/or reflecting inside the app.
Try these solutions:
1. Confirm that the email address they are using is the same one you have in ArenaPro. The same email address is required to make the connection to your dashboard.
2. Resend the code associated with the member to confirm its whats in use and eliminate the possibility of them using an incorrect code.
3. Contact support
Please contact support if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Confirm you are using the correct email address to login. If you are using the correct email and are still unable to login, go through the forgot password procedure. Then attempt to login again.
If you are unsure of what email address you used to create your account, and cannot login, check your various email address accounts and search for Arena of Life. If you find ArenaPro account set up emails or other communications from us in your history you'll know that email is the correct one.
If you still cannot confirm your account email address to login, you can attempt to reset your password using the addresses that you may have used to create the account. If you do have an account with an email address, you will get a message to reset your password and you'll know thats the email you used. You can then attempt to login and/or reset your password and login.
Try these solutions: Confirm you have entered the correct OTP that was sent to your email address to change your password. OTP codes become invalid if not used within a designated amount of time. Wait at least 15 minutes and then try again and resend a new OTP code. If you have entered your OTP correctly, confirm that you enter a password that meets the criteria for a password update. Still not working?
Go to your profile and click on customer portal. Account management is powered by Stripe and you can change or cancel your subscription through this site.
Please note: cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund. For more information, view our Refund Policy.
If you want to cancel a purchase within 7 days go to your profile and follow the procedure to cancel your licenses with our Stripe payment partner.
After 7 days, all purchases are final and license/s will remain available and active until the paid period has ended. See our Refund Policy in the section below for more details.
