On the main Arenas view you'll get to see all the Arenas you've created and easily enter them with a double tap on any circle. View options for all you can do within a circle.

As you add intentions and initiatives, you'll immideately be able to see them. After you complete a reflection your score will populate on the 'score(s)' view. 

After you've added your Arena, intention and initiatives, make reflections on how you are progressing. Indicate your progress, current score, feelings and notes. 

Trends are the best when reflecting regularly. Each reflection populates on the trend graphs, giving you insights into your own flow and progress. Tip: use the graphs to swipe!

On the compare screen you'll see a list of what's inside your Arena - your intentions and initiatives and scores. Tip: use each row to navigate/slide to the next level of detail.

Values are an internal compass that help us navigate life. Add your values to connect what you are doing with why. 

Below your Arenas is a VIEW bar. Each of the views offers a different perspective. If you have a favorite you can save it as your preferred home view on the profile page. 

Use the values screen to add/update yoru values anytime. 

Above the Arenas navigation icon there is an Apple of Awareness that indicates how many reflections you've done during the week. 

You can reflect on any/all initiatives a maximum of 1x per day (you can also redo one if you want to make changes). As the number of apples grows you will have a visible reminder of your effort to become more conscious of your Arenas, intentions and intaitives.
