Here are sample 'flows.' Each flow shows 1 way to build out a full Arena. These suggestions are provided to help you capture your creative ideas quickly and effortlessly. As with all construction, the order and flow of adding elements will impact the coherence of the overall structure and the efficiency of the build.

Note: once your Arenas are clear, you can then work with them one at a time as shown here where 6 intentions are added to the 1st Arena.
(this follows flow #1, you can also do flow #2)
Option 1 - stay in the same Arena and start adding initiatives to one intention at a time (as shown in flow #1)
Option 2 - select a different Arena and add intentions to it before moving on and adding initiatives. You could repeat this process until all Arenas have intentions and then start to add initiatives, however this requires a lot of context switching. Option 1 is recommended since initiatives often come in as soon as an intention is set and you can capture them before working with other Arenas.
An Arena is a place or 'area' for you to create what you want to experience. In this way you can use it 'for' anything you want.
It can be a place to expand or learn, accomplish something or plan a personal mission. As examples, you may want to create more gratitude in your life, become best in your class or re-structure your company. Using the circles, you can truly architect any experience you want in whatever categories you want.
An Arena may be a part of your current life experience. Or, it may be something entirely new that you want to add to your life. Whether it is existing or new, an Arena is a realm or field in which you want to engage, play, and evolve.
Arenas offer the full spectrum of possibility and can be used to explore and transform mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life. A great question to ask in this process is, "What do I want to use this Arena for?" and just see what comes up for you. For more, visit the full Arena Resources.
Setting intentions is an active process where you connect to your center and get clear about what you want to have happen in this Arena. Consider what you most desire, explore your vision fully and choose intentions that foster positive emotions inside you. Feelings are a powerful component of setting intentions and the stronger the emotion you have, the greater the energy you'll experience.
Intention is the foundation for creation and all creation begins with intent, and for this reason, the greatest figures in human history were typically clear on their intent. To intend something means to conceive it, plan for it and create a vision for how it will come about. For more, visit the full Intention Resources.
An initiative is an action you take with a clear purpose and passion. Typically, initiative is associated with a strong desire and a will to achieve or change an outcome. It is common to hear, for example, about passionate people starting an 'Initiative' for something that they feel would better serve the whole.
Initially, initiatives they may be super obvious but as you progress they may be completely new and unexpected. This is when it gets fun because you start to see the innate wisdom within you that knows the way and is ready to support you on your journey. For this reason, explore initiatives, be creative and feel into the flow of what comes up for you.
Adding initiatives is an active process where you connect to your intention and get clear about what you want to experience. Consider your vision fully and consider questions like what do I need to realize this vision? What needs to happen? What skills do I need to learn or what actions can I take? Perhaps non-action could also help if a quality like 'trust' feels important to achieve your outcome.
As you create your Arena and add intentions, clear initiatives will begin to surface. You may have heard the saying, 'the answer is in the question'. This is a powerful principal that you can activate as initiatives are present within intentions and just waiting to be discovered by you. For more, visit the full Initiative Resources.
