Options offer a variety of capabilities to assist you in navigating through each level of Arena of Life and taking action. Single tap any circle to view your Options.
Every circle will give you options. They are designed to give you navigational shortcuts, quick editing capabilities and administrative actions.
Access options via Arena circles, intention circles, initiative circles and values circles.

Go To - the large "Go to" button at the top is a navigation button that will take you to the next level. For example, from your Arena level to your Intention level, or from your Intention level to your Initiatives. From Initiatives you can use this button to "Reflect Now". An additional tip and short cut for this action, is to double tap any circle and bypass options.

Review Reflections - on the Initiative level only, an additional button provides you with the ability to "Review Reflections' and quickly reference the catalogue of reflections you made for a particular initiative. You can do this through the Trends page, graphs and unique data points, or use this short cut. For more on reflections, click here.
Email Report - allows you to email a report for this circle and any data associated with it.

Use the ‘edit’ feature when you want to change the name given for the Arena/Intention/Initiative but not the focus. With this type of change, the same thing remains your focus, you are just giving it a more precise name to reflect your desired experience.
Arena - as an example, you may want to change your 'Business' Arena to 'Top Rated Business Manager' because that is more specifically what you want to achieve in the area of work.
Intention - as an example, you may want to change your 'Become more skilled' intention to 'Highly skilled craftsman' because that is more specifically what you want to achieve with this intention.
Initiative - as an example, you may want to change your 'hydrate daily' initiative to '5 glasses of water per/day' because that is more specifically what you want to achieve with this initiative.
Values - you may find that one of your values changes over time, or a new one emerges. There are an infinite number of values to add to your Arena of Life and you may call on different ones depending on your current Arena design. In addition, your relationship to a value could shift, or your definition of a value could change. To keep current and connected, update your values and descriptions as you evolve.
Target score - use the 'edit' feature to shift your target score. Based on your experiences within the initiative you may want to edit your target score and have it closer to where you are currently, or even further out. Note: we recommend using the reflection process to record your progress and movement within an initiative before making any adjustments to your target score. The target score is meant to be a fixed benchmark that reflects your broader or longer-term vision for this initiative.
Initial score- use the 'edit' feature to re-configure your initial position. If the one you gave no longer feels accurate or doesn't feel in alignment with your true starting position, change it. For example, you may have realized that you're further along than you thought, or that you over-estimated where you are currently. You may also at some point expand your vision and see more room for growth between you and your goal.
Details - use the 'edit' feature to change your initiative description or desired feeling. In working with initiatives and reflecting regularly the meaning of these two aspects could change.
When you 'email a report' a file will be sent to you that includes the data you have requested.
You can email a report from any circle or level. You can also email your Arena of Life in its entirety through the center circle on the Arena level.
First, determine what report and content you want emailed. Then, go to the level and circle you want to review and go to the options. Then, tap Email report.
Arena of Life is an integrated system where multiple circles are related or interconnected. For this reason, reports can include multiple levels of information. If you plan to delete or reset content in your Arena, we recommend emailing a report and confirming you have the data you want prior to deleting or reseting.
Reports are helpful for a number of reasons. Over time the elements of your Arena of Life may change and emailing reports will create an archive for you to refer back to if you want to see what you did well over the years. This is particularly helpful for businesses or organizations that benchmark their own performance or that of associated clients.
Reseting reflections means removing and deleting them, and their data, from the system.
When you reset reflections be aware that EVERYTHING within and underneath that category will be deleted and we highly recommend exporting your data before reseting. Once you 'reset' reflections it is irreversible and the data will no longer be available. Please note that when reflections are reset, the data associated with them will be removed from your trend graphs, and your score, progress and compare screens.
Why Reset reflections?
Similar to life, creating has seasons. For this reason you are able to 'reset' all reflections. The purpose of this is to allow you to continue focusing on the same Arena, Intention or Initiative but from a fresh starting point.
Many aspects of our life are marked by the calendar in years, quarters, semesters or a spring season of sports for example. Once complete, we often times start again and maybe with the same intentions but with new initiatives. It is also possible that we have been working with a few initiatives successfully but want to reset all the data and start again on the same one. Whatever the case, use the 'reset' feature to support your ongoing journey without deleting your circles.
The ability to delete the contents of your circles allows you to use the app in perpetuity and change your areas of focus and attention.
Important: when you delete an Arena, Intention or Initiative EVERYTHING within or associated with it is also deleted. If you plan to delete anything, we highly recommend exporting your report and data so you can refer back to it should you wish to . Once you 'delete' an Arena, Intention or Initiative it is irreversible and all the data associated with it, including reflections, will no longer be available.
Arena - if you feel complete within an Arena or are ready to put your attention on something new, you have the ability to 'delete' an entire Arena and everything you have added to it (including your intentions, initiatives, and reflections). Change is normal and life is ever evolving and so are the areas of life that you may want to focus on. This is seen across cultures, for example, when people graduate from college, get married or have a child and life's priorities change in an instant.
Intention - life is ever evolving and intentions change. If you have achieved an intention or are ready to put your attention on something new, you have the ability to 'delete' an intention and everything you have added to it (including initiatives and reflections).
Initiative - as you progress within an Arena, intentions and initiatives may change . If you have achieved an initiative or are ready to put your attention on something new, you have the ability to 'delete' an initiative and everything you have added to it (including all reflections).
Values - the Arena of Life allows you to add 6 values at any one time. If you find that one no longer fits, you can use this feature to delete it and/or replace it.
Note: when any of these items are deleted, the reflections associated with them are also deleted. This action will remove items from your trend graphs, and your score, progress and compare screens.
