ArenaPro for Professionals/Coaches
Professionals - Therapists, Counselors, Rehabilitation specialitists etc.
ArenaPro is designed to support Professionals who work with individual clients.
ArenaPro provides professionals with the opportunity to collaborate with their clients on specific areas (Arenas) of development and take the journey together.
Professionals can more effectively partner or share the journey using ArenaPro because of the joint visibility it provides. It gives the individual the ability to share their information, reflections and scores with the Pro so that progress is more visible and can be targeted, further prioritized and more productive.
Example scenario:
- Work with your Client to establish their Arena/s of focus. Perhaps their work life, family, fitness, or wellness area. You can build out their intentions together or they can do it on their own. Then add relevant initiatives that will help the client achieve the outcomes they want in each Arena. With the clients permission, you will be able to see their Arena/s and track their progress along with them.
Coaches - Life, Personal, Career, Fitness, etc.
Similar to Professionals, Coaches can use ArenaPro with clients on a variety of focuses. Use the tool to create or co-create the journey with your clients, as well as share that journey's progress, set backs, and evolution. On the client side, they use the Arena of Life app to focus their attention and efforts, and also reflect on the journey when desired (or directed by you as their Coach).
For Coaches who have a specific 'template' or formula for their clients development path, ArenaPro is an incredible delivery tool to share that formula. Our system then allows you to duplicate or customize that formula for individual clients or groups of clients as you support them on their personal journey.
Example scenarios:
- A life coach could use it with a client/s to establish their map of change.
- A career coach could use it with a client to design their career path and establish their requirements to up level.
- A fitness coach could use it to provide the desired outcomes of training, as well as for specific training goals. It can serve as a habit tracker and workout log as well.
- A sports coach could use it to set the curriculum for the athlete in their personal one-on-one training outside of team practices. More on sports here.

For each individual client or group of clients, you will be able to see reflection details in a variety of widgets. Navigate through widgets to gain immediate insight into the development and perspective of your members and groups. Look at whole groups or deep dive into individual members or specific arenas, intentions or initiatives.

Members will be welcomed the the app through an onboarding process. Once they have successfully connected their Arenas, they will then be able to see all the information populated in their ArenaPro template. The specific Arenas, intentions and initiatives you've assigned to them will be visible and available for them to reflect on.
Members will have access to all the app features including viewing their scores, progress, and trends. As well as have the ability to compare their scores with their progress across different levels. The app provides quick search menus for members to find specific intentions or initiatives and easily complete reflections on sets of criteria.See more or click here for a short video of the app and features!
The Arena of Life Resource Center will support your members with detailed information about each feature of the app, how to navigate the screens and gain insight.
